David Morrison
Director
As Director of Davco Electrical, Dave leads the business, sets strategic direction and supports the management team across all areas of operation. He remains closely involved in day-to-day delivery, with expertise in sports lighting, industrial automation and large-scale project work.
​
With more than a decade of experience managing major Davco projects, Dave brings a practical, hands-on understanding of every stage of delivery - from planning and administration through to the installation of the smallest electrical component.
He is known for building strong client relationships and for the energy and commitment he brings to every project.
Jeremy Grant
General Manager
Jeremy manages the day-to-day running of Davco, working closely with clients, the leadership team and project crews to keep work moving smoothly.
He contributes to business strategy while maintaining a strong focus on project delivery, compliance, health and safety, and resource coordination.

Jeremy is especially knowledgeable in industrial electrical work, automation and control. His combination of technical experience, operational oversight and practical leadership makes him a key point of contact across many of Davco’s projects.
Jo Morrison
Operations Manager
Jo is the Operations Manager at Davco, serving as the central engine of our business operations and project delivery. Since 2015, she has utilized her strong background in project management and communication to keep our workflows optimised, our teams supported, and our wider business running smoothly.

As a core member of the management team, Jo works directly alongside Dave and Jeremy on business planning, resource allocation, and strategy implementation.
In addition to guiding our daily operations with an organised, people-focused approach, Jo plays a hands-on role in project delivery by producing precise, high-quality CAD drawings. Her unique ability to balance operational leadership with detailed technical drafting ensures every project moves seamlessly from concept to successful completion.
Jake Watt
Resource & Maintenance Manager
Jake leads Davco’s scheduling, resourcing and maintenance operations. A registered electrician with broad technical experience, he is responsible for coordinating work across the business and managing the team delivering planned and reactive maintenance.

Calm under pressure and focused on customer experience, Jake supports clients with incoming electrical enquiries and helps match the right people and resources to each job.
He is also passionate about learning and development and supports apprentice training as a certified workplace assessor.
Ang Johnson
Office Manager
Ang joined Davco in April 2024 as Office Manager and is often the first point of contact for customer enquiries. She supports both customers and the field team, helping coordinate office processes, scheduling support and the resources needed to deliver quality outcomes.
​
With a strong administration background and experience supporting large-scale construction projects, Ang brings a thorough, methodical approach to paperwork, compliance and job close-out.
Her clear communication and positive manner help keep the team organised and customers well supported.
Luke Barnao
PPM & HVAC Manager
Luke completed his apprenticeship with Davco and, after over five years' field experience, transitioned into a managerial role overseeing Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) for Davco.
He has developed excellent all-round skills, having worked on multiple commercial and industrial projects as well as carrying out residential, maintenance and fault-finding work. He took a short break from Davco in 2021 to work for a specialist HVAC installer and returned to apply his experience to this part of our business.

He is a passionate member of the team who enjoys delivering high quality work and continually striving to further develop his skills, knowledge and expertise.

Rachel Papple
Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant
Rachel joined Davco in February 2026 to support project delivery and the Senior Leadership Team as the business continued to grow.
She brings extensive project delivery experience, including previous work in the high-voltage electricity sector and delivering large scale commercial projects across different industries.
​
In her role, Rachel helps keep project information, coordination and executive support running smoothly, contributing to clear communication and well-organised delivery across the team.​​​​​​​
Vaughan Woodcock
Civil Works
Vaughan joined Davco in 2018, rounding out our projects team by taking on the Civil Works role. He oversees all non-electrical elements on projects where there is a significant civil component.
Alongside working onsite on projects, Vaughan manages our workshop space and oversees our fleet, working with the team to ensure our vehicles and plant items are regularly serviced and kept in good working order.
He is a qualified roofer and brings a wealth of general construction experience and a practical, ‘can-do’ approach that lends itself to project delivery.
Archie Hoddinott
Electrician
Archie is our residential specialist within the service team. He comes to us from the UK, where he completed the requirements for his NZ registration, before emigrating in 2018 and joining Davco. He has a wealth of experience in the residential area, with much of his time in the UK spent on high-end housing.
​
Archie is completely at home carrying out all residential electrical work, whether small-scale maintenance or repairs, modifications or additions to an existing home or fully wiring a new-build house. He is enjoying being able to apply his skills to commercial work and gaining some more experience of and exposure to industrial electrical work.
​
He is very organised and efficient, which is particularly valuable in a service role, where he is likely to be booked to complete several jobs within one day.
Michael Tucker
Electrician
Michael joined Davco in May 2021, coming from a smaller company where he gained great exposure to a variety of residential and commercial install and maintenance work.
​
His gentle, courteous manner and tidy work habits make him ideally suited to residential service work for Davco, however he is a keen learner and while his primary focus within the team will continue to be in the residential service/maintenance space, he will work with the other members of the team to build his knowledge and skill in the industrial area.
​
In addition, Michael will flex to help out with commercial projects as needed.​
Jimmy Speck
Electrician
Jimmy has an industrial background and strong experience working on pumps, motors and large machinery, particularly at installation stage.
​
He is also very experienced with commercial developments and is heavily involved in our large-area lighting and motorway projects as a site supervisor.
​
Jimmy is meticulous, thorough and well-organised – particular strengths when working across multiple projects that span a long time and need to be completed in discrete blocks, rather than in one go.
​
Whilst Jimmy is most passionate about project work, his extensive experience and broad base of skills mean he is also well-equipped to support the maintenance team when required.
Dipak Mistry
Electrician
Dipak joined Davco in August 2021. His key area of expertise is leading a team to deliver large-scale commercial projects, but with strong all round experience and skills he is equally comfortable delivering smaller projects or service work in the downtime between larger projects.
​
He has a keen eye for detail and is driven to deliver work to an exceptionally high standard, which makes him a great fit at Davco.
​
With excellent communication and problem solving skills, he is quietly confident and focused on building strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Graydon Williams
Electrician
Graydon joined Davco part way through his apprenticeship in 2018 and seamlessly fitted in as one of the Davco family.
​
Throughout his apprenticeship he developed skills across the full spectrum of electrical work, with a strong base in commercial new builds and particular focus on industrial and specialist maintenance and install.
​
He completed his apprenticeship at the end of 2021, and continues with the team as a fully qualified electrician.
​
Graydon has a wonderful work ethic and remains keen to learn, build on existing skills and apply his knowledge across every aspect of electrical work.
Stella Clark
Electrician
Stella first joined Davco through a gateway student placement in 2021 and impressed the team with her attitude, ability and fit with the business.
She became a permanent team member after finishing Year 13 and began her electrical apprenticeship in early 2022.
After gaining experience across a wide range of electrical work, Stella qualified as an electrician in mid-2025. She is a capable all-rounder, equally comfortable with residential renovations and industrial maintenance, and continues to build her skills across the trade.
John Stapleton
Electrician
John started at Davco in August 2022 having worked in the industry for many years. He has worked across all areas of the electrical trade and, due to his extensive experience, is a capable electrician, able to deliver all types of service work.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and enjoys sharing this with other members of the team to help them learn, grow and develop, which he sees as a key way of giving back to the industry.
Prior to joining Davco, he spent a significant period of time focusing on installing and servicing heat pumps. John is generally based within our service team, completing a variety of planned work during the day and on tap to support for industrial faults or critical breakdowns and with our HVAC work.
John is down to earth and focused on practical solutions to meet client needs.​

Hamish Arthur
Electrician
Hamish joined Davco in March 2023 and quickly established himself as a valued member of the team. He is known for his quality workmanship, practical knowledge and reliable approach.
​
Hamish supports work across the electrical industry, including commercial, industrial and residential projects, and contributes to Davco’s ability to deliver dependable service across a wide range of client needs.
John Haurua
Apprentice Electrician
John joined Davco in 2023 to gain on-the-job experience and quickly showed strong potential as a great fit for both the team and the electrical trade. He was offered an apprenticeship and continues to develop his skills through practical site experience.

As an apprentice electrician, John supports the wider team across a range of work while building the knowledge, confidence and capability needed for a strong future in the industry.
Max Valentine
Apprentice Electrician
Max started his electrical apprenticeship with Davco in mid-2025 and brings a willingness to give everything a go and to support the team wherever he is needed.
​
He has a strong focus on the practical aspects of the role and is developing a broad skillset in the field as he continues with his apprenticeship.
Marco Demeulemeester
Apprentice Electrician
Marco came on board as a labourer and immediately made an impression with his versatility and hands-on capability.
​
Recognising the opportunities available within the team, he soon decided to advance his career by launching an electrical apprenticeship with Davco.
Marco’s adaptability makes him a great teammate, and we are excited to see him develop into a qualified trade professional.
Eden Lewin
Apprentice Electrician
Eden first joined the Davco team through our work experience programme. From day one, her proactive attitude and natural aptitude for trade work stood out.
Recognising her potential, we quickly welcomed her as a full-time team member.
Today, Eden is channelling that strong work ethic into her formal electrical apprenticeship, continuing to grow and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
